This spell jar kit will help make a sweet dreams jar which will serve as a physical reminder to calm your mind and body before you sleep. The idea is to keep your jar near your bed, then each time you go to sleep you will see your jar and it will remind you to follow a short calming ritual to ease your mind and body of the day’s stresses.
