Do you ship worldwide?
My divination and spiritual services are sold world-wide. I currently only post physical items to addresses within USA & the UK. I hope to expand my business in the future and offer world-wide shipping on my physical items. Please note that USA customers are responsible for any custom fees, duty or tax charges.

When will my postal order arrive?
I have a 3-5 working day processing time, once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification letting you know. For UK orders Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 3-5 working days. For USA orders Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 5-7 days, customs handling can mean your delivery will take longer.
When will I receive my Divination service?
Your divination service will be delivered by the time you selected when you made your booking.

When will I receive my Witchcraft service?
Your Witchcraft service will be delivered by the time you selected when you made your booking. However, if I need further information from you, your delivery time slot may need to be extended.
How do Witchcraft services work?
Most of my witchcraft work involves one to one consultation, to discuss and analyse your needs. I then use my own techniques and practices which are based off of many hours of research and practice which I've gained over the years as a practicing witch. You could view these services as distance healing and guidance. Each of my services offers the chance for you to explore Witchcraft and as always we can keep in touch to discuss updates and results.
Do you allow returns, refunds and cancellations?
Yes, with some exceptions. If a divination or Witchcraft service has already been performed I won't be able to cancel, instead I will offer a partial or full refund. If your postal order hasn't arrived or you wish to return it, the best solution is to contact me directly so we can come to a solution that best suits your needs.
What type of Witchcraft services do you offer?
I specialise in healing and deity connection magic. I do not perform spells which would harm others or force them to do something against their own will. For example: hexes, curses, love spells, binding spells etc. Thank you for understanding.
